What I heard today…

CHINESE DEMOCRACY baffled me. cheeseball riffs, noodling solos, muppet voices, and a general unrelatable din. dead horse beaten by this point, i know.

so are the gaslight anthem what the killers tried to sound like on their “springsteen” album? neither means much to me, though some of THE ‘59 SOUND songs remind me of better songs by the gin blossoms.

Cut/Copy seem to be conceived solely to provide soundtracks to advertisements. Electric Light Orchestra and New Order without tunes.

Step 4: Move cds out of temp boxes.

Step 5: Shelve cds until right side shelving unit is full.

Step 6: Remove vhs tapes off of middle shelving unit.

Step 7: Add shelves to middle shelving unit.

Step 8: Laugh at the ridiculousness of Emerson, Lake and Palmer.

Step 9: Fill middle unit with cds.

Step 10: Fill left side shelving unit.

Step 11: Move vhs tapes into temp boxes.

Step 12: Depress even Morrissey with the lameness of this saturday.
